It is important to note the following things when considering my recipes:
  • Everything is organic, if something isn't organic, I generally do not buy it.
  • All the meat is organic and grass-fed.
  • All the dairy is raw.
  • All the seafood is wild, not farmed.
  • The eggs are pastured.
  • I buy local as much as possible.
