Eat as many veggies as possible (there should be no limit, though this obviously excludes french fries)
Eat organic
Eat grass-fed
Consume raw dairy (milk, cream, cheese)! That is, if you do not have any bad reactions to it, which I do not.
Aim to eat at least 50% raw
Snack on veggies and veggie dips
EAT FAT! I'm so tired of hearing about how low-fat is good for you. It's processed crap. Your body needs fat, your brain and hormone function relies on fat. Go eat some guacamole and grass-fed butter.
Eat consistently
Do be happy and thankful for the food you are eating. Take pride in the fact that you're nourishing your body, and you're getting healthier.
Stop eating grains!
Eat REAL food
In place of sugar try natural sweeteners like stevia, raw honey or dates
Shop at farmer's markets, and eat locally
Take pride in your cooking, and yourself
Don'ts:
Don't eat processed/refined foods
Stop eating prepared foods out of boxes, make your own! It's fun!
Don't eat low-fat; it's processed and that crap is gross anyway
Do not eat grains, yes even whole grains
Fast food
No vegetable oils
Sugar, especially refined sugar
Avoid artificial sweeteners
Don't eat meat from giant corporate farms. The animals aren't taken care of properly and aren't fed properly. When animals are fed GMO soy/corn (which most are) it jeopardizes their health, and therefore yours as well. It also promotes E. Coli in the animals.
Do not eat farmed seafood. Farmed seafood is also fed GMO soy/corn, and it makes it toxic.
Do not eat Genetically Modified in general
Do not eat soy. Soy is pushed as a health food, but I assure you it is not. Most is genetically modified. You can read about the dangers of soy here: http://www.westonaprice.org/soy-alert.html
